10𝘾𝘼𝙇 𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙏𝙏𝙄𝙎𝙃 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘽𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿
26g all purpose flour
¼ tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Pulse granulated sweetener in a blender until it has the consistency of caster sugar
Cream together softened butter with sweetener and vanilla extract until the mixture is light/fluffy.
Gradually add in flour and mix with a spoon until the dough is well-combined. Be careful not to overwork the dough.
Put dough in a plastic sandwich bag and seal shut.
Fold bag in half, roll until you have a flat, even rectangle.
Transfer to freezer & preheat oven to 160°C.
Once oven is preheated. remove dough from freezer.
Cut edges of bag and gently remove rectangle of dough, then place it on baking sheet.
Cut into 24 smaller rectangles and space apart.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool completely to firm up and enjoy <3
